Inclusion through Action

I had the honour of sitting on a Panel ran by Practice Ignition last week on the topic of Inclusion Through Action.

The calibre of women on the panel was inspiring and the openness and insights were next level.

We discussed what we can do to prepare our next level of leaders, the importance of connecting with your community, who the men are in our life that support and inspire us and what behaviours they are modelling and so much more. And while we couldn’t solve all the issues we face around lack of diversity in the industry, the important trend was that we need to keep having the conversation.

For those who turned in, thank you. We hope is that you came away feeling encouraged and empowered to continue to not only celebrate the women within our industry but to take action & drive inclusion in the working world.
